Concrete staining is easier on the budget than many other flooring options. It allows you to keep the concrete floors that you already have, and we even make minor repairs to the existing concrete in the preparatory stage. Of course, costs can range depending on the amount of customization your project requires, but once the stain is laid, it lasts for decades without the added cost of floor treatments or replacement.
Aside from a broom and a mop, you don’t need much equipment to maintain your floors. The surface is smooth and non-porous, so it won’t collect dust, dirt, or mold in hard-to-reach crevices. Stained concrete can handle spills of all types, from food to chemicals, without staining.

There is a range of colors to choose from, but you are not limited to picking one solid color. You may choose to layer dyes, or you can have a customized surface by laying the stain overtop of stenciled or stamped concrete.

We begin every project with thorough surface preparation. Our preparation process includes diamond grinding and removing existing coating if needed. This opens the pores of the concrete for the stain to deeply penetrate. We’ll also perform any minor repairs, like filling cracks and chips.
Next, we apply the stain with a brush or automatic sprayer. We might do a second layer if it is needed.
After the dye has fully dried, we rinse the surface thoroughly until the runoff is clear.
